5. Our Products

5.1 All Our furniture is made from natural wood and accordingly appearances may

5.3 Our solid hardwood furniture will require treating with wax immediately upon
receipt. Please treat Your furniture immediately on delivery as Your Product may
have been in shipping for some time and modern home heating will accelerate
the drying process. Failure to treat Your wood furniture can result in problems
that will not be covered by Your warranty.
5.4 The Products we sell are for consumers for general domestic use only and must
be used for the intended purpose. All Products carry a one year warranty.
However, this does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the item. If the
product is taken outside of the UK it will invalidate the warranty. Please note that
a warranty claim would require you to produce the proof of purchase.
5.5 If you believe the condition of your Product is unacceptable then please contact
Us immediately.
5.6 We reserve the right to change the Products if required by any applicable
statutory or regulatory requirements or to implement technical improvements.
5.7 All Products are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep accurate stock
levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from
Your order or replaced with a similar product. We will contact You with this issue
and if you require a refund then we will do so.

6. Price and Payment

6.1 Our prices shown on our Website are for online purchases and promotions only.
6.2 If Our prices are subject to any promotion, these are valid until the midnight on
the day the promotion expires.
6.3 The price of any Product is the price in place at the date and time of Your order.
You can pay by a credit or debit card or by PayPal.
6.4 You undertake that all details You provide to Us for the purpose of purchasing
Products which may be offered by Us on Our Website are correct; that the credit,

6.6 If you are importing our products you may have to pay customs and excises duty

7. Shipping and postage

7.1 Delivery within the UK is free. For costs of delivery outside of the UK please

7.2 Delivery of certain Products may take 2 to 10 weeks after we receive your

8.2 The Product must be returned in an unused condition, which includes being in
the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Unwanted Product must not
have been used or assembled in any way. We retain the right to refuse a refund
on any Product found to have been used.
8.3 Products must be sent by recorded delivery or a trackable service. We are not
responsible for returned items until they are signed for at our office.
8.4 Please note that Products that are made to client’s specific order, such as
sculpture cannot be returned.

9. Faulty Product

9.1 Please open and check your order on receipt and inform us of any transit
damage problems immediately. All items and parts of items must be checked for
any damage prior to assembly.
9.2 We will work to find a resolution. We will ask You to provide certain information
about the Product in question to enable us to investigate and resolve the issue
